Res. 3-20 Grant of permanent easements to Duke Energy Ohio, Inc., for the extension of a natural gas line to the City Wastewater Treatment Plant on Groh Lane. Ord. 12-20 Contract with L&T Painting Company Inc. for the Seward Road 1.5 Million Gallon Water Storage Tower "Cleaning, Repairing, and Painting Project." Ord. 13-20 Appropriation Ordinance (Contractual Items) $200,000 for Clarifier 3 rehabilitation at Water Treatment Plant (existing contract); $600,000 for Seward Road Water Storage Tower Cleaning, Repairing & Painting Project.
