CITY OF FAIRFIELD LEGISLATION SUMMARY NO. 6-2024 Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on March 25, 2024. Res. 6-24 Amend Resolution No. 9-23 to extend the moratorium on the consideration and/or granting of any zoning, occupancy, building or other permits or applications relating to vape stores within the City of Fairfield and declaring an emergency.
