CITY OF FAIRFIELD LEGISLATION SUMMARY NO. 8-2024 Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on April 22, 2024. Ord. 50-24 FEMA Fire Prevention & Safety Grant Application and Agreement for a virtual reality fire extinguisher training system and a projection screen fire extinguisher training system and declaring an emergency. Ord. 51-24 Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation Grant Application and Agreement for a virtual reality fire extinguisher training system and declaring an emergency. Ord. 52-24 Contract with RedZone Robotics for professional and technical services related to the multi-sensor robotic inspection of the City's large diameter sanitary sewers. Ord. 53-24 Supplemental Appropriations. Ord. 54-24 Contractual Appropriations: $435,000 for robotic inspections of large diameter sanitary sewers; $28,702 for contingency fund restoration for Riegert Square Project.
