CITY OF FAIRFIELD LEGISLATION SUMMARY NO. 9-2022 Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on May 9, 2022. Ord. 64-22 Approve the Concept Plan for the Mercy Health Mixed Use development. Ord. 65-22 Approve the Amended Concept Plan and the Final Development Plan for the Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers Restaurant portion of the Meijer-Gilmore Road Planned Unit Development. Ord. 66-22 Community Reinvestment Area Agreement and a Community Reinvestment Area School Compensation Agreement, which will provide property tax incentives for Pro Kleen Industrial Services, Inc., Pro Kleen Environmental Services, Inc., and Black Family Real Estate Investments, LLC, to include construction of a new industrial facility on Tedia Way, and declaring an emergency.
