CITY OF KETTERING, OHIO A RESOLUTION: NO. 11055-24 DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE AND FILE RENEWED, RECALCULATED, AMENDED, AND/OR CONSOLIDATED ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET LIGHTING City of Kettering Resolution No. 11055-24 was duly adopted by the Kettering City Council at the regular meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. The renewed, recalculated, amended, and/or consolidated street lighting assessments are on file in the office of the Clerk of Council and available for public inspection pursuant to Chapter 947 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Kettering.
