CITY OF KETTERING, OHIO AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 947 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES REGARDING STREET LIGHTING ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE The above Ordinance shall be given a second and final reading at the regular meeting of the Kettering City Council on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, in the Kettering Government Center, South Building, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio, 45429. Copies of the Ordinance in the form in which it was given first reading are available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk of Council, Kettering Government Center, 3600 Shroyer Road.
