CITY OF KETTERING, OHIO AN ORDINANCE TO LEVY SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR OF CURBS, SIDEWALKS, DRIVE APPROACHES, AND RELATED APPURTENANCES FOR THE 2022 CURB, SIDEWALK & DRIVE APPROACH PROGRAM (CITY PROJECT NO. 05-122) The above Ordinance shall be given a second and final reading at the regular meeting of the Kettering City Council on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 in the Kettering Government Center, South Building, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio, 45429.
