City of Kettering, Ohio an Ordinance to Provide

CITY OF KETTERING, OHIO AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE TABLE OF ORGANIZATION, POSITION CLASSIFICATION PLAN, COMPENSATION PLAN AND PAY SCHEDULES AND RULES AND REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO CONDITIONS OF WORK AND SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF KETTERING, OHIO, AND TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO 4404-23. The above Ordinance shall be given a second and final reading at the regular meeting of the Kettering City Council on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, in the Kettering Government Center, South Building, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio, 45429. Copies of the Ordinance in the form in which it was given first reading are available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk of Council, Kettering Government Center, 3600 Shroyer Road.
