February 20, 2024 IS the Voter Registration Deadline

FEBRUARY 20, 2024 IS THE VOTER REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR THE MARCH 19, 2024 PRIMARY ELECTION The Montgomery County Board of Elections, 451 W. Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422, will be open for business from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. on February 20, 2024, for the purpose of registering individuals to be eligible to vote in the March 19, 2024 Primary Election. Voters may register or change their registration address online by going to: www.voteohio.gov Voter registration and change of address forms can be completed during normal business hours at the following locations: The Montgomery County Board of Elections All Public Libraries in Montgomery County Montgomery County Treasurer's Office The offices of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles All Public High Schools or Vocational Schools The Departments of Job & Family Services, Health, Mental Health, or Developmental Disabilities Any state-assisted college or university that provides assistance to disabled students Qualifications for registration You are qualified to register to vote in Ohio if you meet all the following requirements: You are a citizen of the United States. You will be 18 years of age on or before the November 5, 2024, General Election. You will be a resident of Ohio for at least 30 days immediately prior to the election. You are not incarcerated (in prison or jail) for a felony conviction. You have not been declared incompetent for voting purposes by a probate court. You have not been permanently disenfranchised for violating the election laws. Individuals who are unable to travel to the Board of Elections or other designated voter registration sites can request registration forms by calling 937-225-5656, by writing to the Board of Elections at 451 W. Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422, or downloading a voter registration form at www.voteohio.gov. Registration forms mailed to a county Board of Elections office, or the Secretary of State's office must be received or post-marked by the 30th day before an election in order to be valid for that election.
