Green Township Proposed Tax Levy Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Green Township, passed on 7/16/2019, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5TH day of November, 2019 the following question: A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Green Township for the purpose of providing general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing and repairs of roads and bridges at a rate not exceeding 1.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.15 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2020, first due in calendar year 2021.
