Legal Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio (COA) is seeking competitive, sealed electronic proposals from qualified not-for profit organizations and public agencies, interested in contracting with COA to become a provider for older adults of COA's Elderly Services Program (ESP). This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for the delivery of Electronic Monitoring Systems (EMS) services outlined in the RFP for Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, and Warren County. Starting April 3, 2024, the link to the electronic RFP will be available on COA's webpage https://www.help4seniors.org/service-providers/requests-for-proposals-rfps. There is a bidders conference to be held April 15, 2024 which will cover information regarding this RFP and the EMS service. Please see the RFP for more information regarding this meeting. Completed proposals must be submitted May 10, 2024 before 12:00 p.m. EST. 3-31/2024
