Legal Notice 1200-06 Notice is hereby given that the Dayton City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the hearing can begin. The hearing will be held in the City Commission Chambers on the Second Floor of City Hall, 101 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio. The subject of the hearing is the following: Official Zoning Map Amendment Case: PLN2023-00381 Area-Wide rezoning request to rezone 5.88 acres of parcels located at James H. McGee Blvd & Germantown St from Light Industrial (I-1) to Transitional (T) & Eclectic Neighborhood Commercial (ENC) and to rezone 4.09 acres of parcels North of Burkham Center Park between S Paul Laurence Dunbar St & S Broadway St from General Industrial (I-2) to Transitional (T). These amendments will help to facilitate appropriate development that is in conformance with Dayton's West Neighborhood Vison Plan and The Greater Miami Chapel Plan. Per the Montgomery County Auditor, these properties are identified via parcels: R72 08909 0022, R72 08909 0040-0045, R72 08909 0080, R72 09703 0006, R72 09704 0005, R72 09810 0012-0015, R72 09810 0019, R72 09810 0022-0026. The proposed Official Zoning Map Amendment is available for public inspection in the Office of the City Commission and with the Secretary to the City Plan Board.
