Legal Notice 1200-14 Notice is hereby given that the Dayton City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the hearing can begin. The hearing will be held in the City Commission Chambers on the Second Floor of City Hall, 101 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio. The subject of the hearing is the following: Official Zoning Map Amendment Case: PLN2024-00019 An application for a Planned Development zoning overlay for 0.749 acres at 239 Wayne Ave. allowing for a mixed-use development including the preservation of historic buildings and the construction of a hotel. The proposed Official Zoning Map Amendment is available for public inspection in the Office of the City Commission and with the Secretary to the City Plan Board.
