LEGAL NOTICE NO. 11 Notice is hereby given that Miami Valley Hospital being the owner, has made application to the Director of Public Works for the installation of a 12" storm pipe beneath Wyoming Street near East of the intersection of Main Street into the public right-of-way at 1 Wyoming Street.
