LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on March 12, 2024, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 24-62, Approving an amendment to the existing CC-2A District Development Plan for 2.148 acres at 2302 Saint Paris Connector, to modify the planned building layout and parking configuration. Resolution No. 6225, Authorizing the withdrawal of the City of Springfield, Ohio, from the National Trail Parks and Recreation District, effective April 30, 2024. Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
