LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on March 26, 2024, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 24-80, Amending Ordinance No. 91-90, passed March 12, 1991, and commonly known as the Codified Ordinances of The City of Springfield, Ohio, by repealing and replacing Section 1380.04 entitled Owner Required to Act; Enforcement Authority relative to the Vacant Property Registration Program. Ordinance No. 24-81, Amending Ordinance No. 91-90, passed March 12, 1991, and commonly known as the Codified Ordinances of The City of Springfield, Ohio, by repealing and replacing certain sections of Chapter 1390 entitled Administration of Rental Property Registration Program. Ordinance No. 24-82, Consenting to the resurfacing of State Route 334 from mile marker 0.00 to 4.24 within the City of Springfield, by the Ohio Department of Transportation (identified as CLA PAVE-FY25, and further identified by PID No. 109775); providing for the maintenance of the right-of-way; and authorizing the City Manager to enter into agreements with the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio necessary to complete the project. Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
