Ordinance No. 24-129, Amending the Zoning Map of Springfield, Ohio by rezoning 16.0214 acres at Parcel No. 3400700036313014, North Fountain Avenue, Springfield, Ohio from CO-1, Commercial Office District to the Fountain Village PD, Planned Development District and adopting the regulations for the Fountain Village PD, Planned Development District.
