LEGAL NOTICE The City of Mason Building and Engineering Department, in accordance with the National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7 (b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City of Mason's intent to establish floodway for a portion of Unnamed Tributary No. 1. Specifically, the floodway shall be defined from a point approximately 1,372 LF downstream of Kings Mills Road and continuing downstream approximately 1,700 LF. As a result of this revision, the 1% annual-chance flood hazard area will widen a to a maximum width of 212 ft approximately 2,510 LF downstream of Kings Mills Road and narrow to a minimum width of 50 ft approximately 2,925 LF downstream of Kings Mills Road. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the City of Mason Building and Engineering Department at 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road.
