Legal Notice the Following Individuals Are Hereby Given

LEGAL NOTICE The following individuals are hereby given notice by the non-profit Wright Image Group, Inc., that the donor recognition plan honoring donations to a project described herein, has changed. The project being promoted by the Wright Image Group is to memorialize the achievement of flight and celebrate its evolution by constructing a public attraction called the Triumph of Flight© at the intersection of Interstates 70 and 75 with a soaring 270-foot monument featuring the 1905 Wright Flyer III (hereinafter the "Project"). The original Project site plan has been revised necessitating changes in the donor recognition plans, altering the original manner in which donors will be recognized. The Wright Image Group has made numerous attempts to contact the individuals whose names appear below to inform them of this change and to ask them to agree to release all terms, conditions and restrictions in their original donations. The vast majority of individuals previously donating funds have agreed to release all restrictions, terms and conditions. The purpose of this Legal Notice is to give each of the individuals listed below adequate time and final notice within which to contact the Wright Image Group by one of the methods listed below. The donors are requested to either i) release the original restrictions, terms and conditions of their donations and allow the donated funds to be retained for the Project without such restriction or ii) to request return of the donated funds. If no contact is made with the Wright Image Group by the stipulated date below, any terms, conditions or restrictions on the donations will be deemed to be released and the Wright Image Group will use the generous donations for the Project without such restrictions. The donations will be honored consistent with the revised donor recognition plan developed by the Wright Image Group.
