LEGAL NOTICE The Middletown City School District Board of Education hereby gives public notice in accordance with Section 3307.353 of the Ohio Revised Code that Barbara Robbins, Secretary, and Beth Hendricks, Principal is seeking employment with the District in such positions following retirement. The Board of Education will hold a public hearing on the issue of Barbara Robbins and Beth Hendricks being employed in the District before the Board of Education meeting April 29, 2024 at 6:15 p.m. at One Donham Plaza, 4th Floor, Middletown, OH 45042. Board action may be taken 15 to 30 days following this hearing. 3-18/2024
