LEGAL NOTICES City of Franklin, Ohio Publication of Ordinance On October 19, 2020, the Council of the City of Franklin, Ohio, adopted the following Ordinances: ORDINANCE 2020-12 AMENDING ORDINANCE 2020-11 TO PROVIDE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF FRANKLIN, OHIO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2020, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY This ordinance will adjust appropriations to certain funds to provide for the financial operations of the City through the end of the fiscal year. ORDINANCE 2020-13 REPEALING ORDINANCE 2005-22 TO ELIMINATE THE SAFETY OCCUPANCY PERMIT FEE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY This Ordinance will amend the Fee Schedule to eliminate the fee currently charged for Safety Occupancy Permits.
