Model Construction is Soliciting Bids from Select Trades

Model Construction is soliciting bids from select trades for the Kinship Community Care Development project. The project includes redevelopment of a 1.8 acre site in the Old North Dayton neighborhood of Dayton, Ohio and constructing 14 new buildings, consisting of 26 living units and a community center, for a total of 40,338 SF. Construction is anticipated to start in May 2024 and substantially complete within 16 months. Bids are due to Model Construction via Building Connected on Wednesday, February 28th by 5:00PM.
