Notice is hereby given that on 10/17/22 Council of the City of New Carlisle held a Regular Meeting where the following was: PASSED: Ordinance 2022-50 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OF OVER TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000) FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW 2022 OR 2023 FIRE ENGINE INTRODUCED: Ordinance 2022-51 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2021-36 THAT ESTABLISHED A SCHEDULE OF FINES AND COSTS, AND A BAIL BOND SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY'S MAYOR'S COURT Ordinance 2022-52 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR LIABILITY INSURANCE WITH USI INSURANCE SERVICES LLC REPRESENTING THE PUBLIC ENTITIES POOL OF OHIO FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF SAID POLICY Special Meetings: 11/3/22 at 6:00pm at the Firehouse: FY23 budget discussions.
