Notice of Vacating Alley in the Unincorporated Village

NOTICE OF VACATING ALLEY IN THE UNINCORPORATED VILLAGE OF BLOOMERTOWN, NEWBERRY TOWNSHIP, MIAMI COUNTY, OHIO Notice is hereby given there has been a petition, signed by the Board of Trustees of Newberry Township, Miami County, Ohio, filed with the Board of Miami County Commissioners, to vacate an alley in the Unincorporated Village of Bloomertown, Newberry Township, Miami County, Ohio. Described as: Township road being entire alley between Lot 7 and 8, consisting of Main Street westerly to the west line of Lots 7 and 8 located in the Unincorporated Village of Bloomertown, referred to herinafter as Bloomer, recorded in Record Plat Volume 1, Pages 486 and 487 of the Miami County, Ohio Recorder's Office Record Plats and described in detail by Newberry Township Resolution No. 2024-01. The Petitioners, Board of Trustees of Newberry Township, Miami County, Ohio state that the previously described entire alley between Lot 7 and 8 have become grown over with grass as a result of non-use, are not used to calculate distributions of the auto registration fund pursuant to Section 4501.01(E) of the Ohio Revised Code, and are not certified by the Board of Trustees to the director of transportation as mileage in the township used by and maintained for the public. The Board of Miami County Commissioners has fixed the 27th day of February, 2024 at 9:05 a.m. in the Miami County Commissioners' Hearing Room, Safety Building, 201 W.
