Lange, Decedent, whose last known address is 1319 Clay St., Springfield, OH 45505, but whose current address is unknown, is hereby notified that a complaint was filed in Clark County Probate Court, 50 E. Columbia St., #515, Springfield, OH 45502 alleging that Glen M. Lange, Decedent, and the Heirs and Devisees of Glen M. Lange are the owners of the premises known as 1319 Clay St., Springfield, OH 45505, Parcel No. 3400700033202014; that said premises is a public nuisance; wherefore plaintiff demands that the premises located at 1319 Clay St., Springfield, OH 45505 be declared a public nuisance, an injunction, that the defendants be made jointly and severally liable for the costs to plaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be appointed, costs, attorney fees and such further equitable and other relief as the Court determines Plaintiff is entitled. Defendants are further notified to answer said complaint within 28 days after the last date of publication, which will be January 24, 2024.
