Public Meeting Notice the City of Vandalia Planning

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The City of Vandalia Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 9th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. to review Case PC 24-03, an application requesting subdivision approval for the Ministry Properties Plat. The property is located at the northwest corner of Wyse and Homestretch Roads in the City of Vandalia. The proposed record plan would combine the existing parcels into one new parcel totaling 5.658 acres +/-. The subject properties are located in the Office / Industrial Park (O/IP) zoning district. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. The City of Vandalia is committed to transparency and open meetings and will live broadcast this meeting for viewing purposes only via the Zoom app. Please note, no comments, electronic or oral, will be allowed by people while participating electronically through Zoom. Zoom attendees may request log in information by calling the Development & Engineering Services (DES) Department at 937-898-3750. Log in information will also be available online at the day of the meeting at www.vandaliaohio.org. Any interested party is invited to participate in the public hearing. Documents or other evidence submitted to the Board must be received by the City no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 5th, 2024.
