PUBLIC NOTICE Montgomery County Homeless Solutions Policy Board on behalf of the Montgomery County Board of County Commissioners, is issuing a HOME-ARP Funding Opportunity Montgomery County and City of Dayton HOME-ARP funds will be utilized for the development of new affordable, multi-family housing units, tenant-based rental assistance, and provision of supportive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations. Selected applications may be awarded agreements at the sole discretion of the Montgomery County Board of County Commissioners and the Dayton City Commissioners.
