PUBLIC NOTICE OF JUNE 19, 2019 SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF HAMILTON (BUTLER COUNTY) OHIO ENERGY SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT I Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Hamilton (Butler County) Ohio Energy Special Improvement District I (the "ESID") will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, commencing at 9:00 a.m., City Council Chambers, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio. The purposes of the meeting are to: (i) Elect officers of the Board of Directors of the ESID, (ii) consider a resolution approving and adopting of the initial plan of the ESID, and (iii) consider a resolution authorizing the execution and delivery of various agreements in connection with the proposed issuance of special assessment bonds in connection with the financing of the Champion Mill Redevelopment Project.
