PUBLIC NOTICE - PHA ANNUAL PLAN/CFP The Dayton Metropolitan Housing Authority d/b/a Greater Dayton Premier Management (GDPM) has released its Draft FY24 Annual PHA Plan and 5Y Capital Fund Program (CFP) Plan. GDPM invites the public to review and comment on the draft Plans and to attend a Public Hearing. The Plans can be found on GDPM's website at https://www.gdpm.org/about/agency-plans/ . Please submit any comments electronically to kpatrick@dmha.org by 4:00 PM, April 22, 2024. A Public Hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
