Public Notice Re: Proposal to Construct in Floodplain

PUBLIC NOTICE RE: PROPOSAL TO CONSTRUCT IN FLOODPLAIN Warren County Office of Grants Administration is accepting comments from the public for the following activities: FY24 City of South Lebanon King Avenue Street Improvement CDBG Project and FY24 Morrow Bridge Lighting Project. The South Lebanon Project, is located along King Avenue between Hobart Avenue and Mary Ellen St., South Lebanon, OH 45065 and involves milling the existing pavement and repaving approximately 850 LF of King Avenue between Hobart Avenue and Mary Ellen Street in the City of South Lebanon. The Morrow Bridge Project will install LED lighting to the bridge which spans Todd's Fork Creek near the confluence with the Little Miami River in Morrow. Information regarding these projects may be obtained from Warren County Grants Administration, 406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, OH 45036 Monday through Friday 8 AM 4 PM. A 15-day comment period will commence upon publication of this notice.
