Public Notice Variance Request Notice is hereby given that a public hearing as scheduled by the Harveysburg Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals will be held at 7:00 PM, Thursday May 16th, in Council Chambers at the Harveysburg Village Government Building, 79 West Main Street, Harveysburg OH 45032. An application for the construction of a perimeter fence has been received by the Harveysburg Planning Commission. Parcel owner, Kevin P. Martin intends to construct an 8-foot-tall fence within one foot of the property line on both side yards and the backyard of 124 West Main Street, Harveysburg OH 45032. This address corresponds to Parcel #1017401004 in Warren County Ohio. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine if relief from zoning section 408, which requiresnonresidential uses to be located 50' from any residential lot line, will be granted or denied.
