Ph: 614-644-3037 email: HClerk@epa.ohio.gov VAP Covenant Not to Sue Issuance/Denial/Revocation/Amendment-Final Findings and Orders Navistar Intl Trans Corp, Springfield, Lagonda Ave 2069 Lagonda Ave, Springfield, OH 45503 ID #: 512001462011 Date of Action: 01/17/2024 Notice is hereby given that on January 17, 2024, the Director of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency ("Ohio EPA"), pursuant to Ohio Revised Code ("ORC") Chapter 3746 and Ohio Administrative Code ("OAC") Chapter 3745-300, issued an Amended Covenant Not To Sue/Final Findings and Orders ("CNS") to the Former International Truck & Engine Corporation, Springfield Body Plant Property (the "Property"). The City of Springfield conducted a voluntary action at the Property located at 1100 Reaper Avenue (formerly 2069 Lagonda Ave.), Springfield, Ohio. A no further action letter for the Property was issued on June 20, 2011, and the original CNS was issued on December 13, 2011. This Amended CNS was issued to establish a Risk Mitigation Plan (RMP) for a portion of the Property. 1-29/2024
