On Sept. 20, 2019, the Board mailed the Order by certified mail to Ms. Little's address of record listed above. Delivery by certified mail failed. Ms. Little is notified that her Ohio nursing license, PN-107845, is suspended. Ms. Little may be entitled to an appeal.
