Public Hearing: Preliminary Development Plan: A request by applicant Phillip Brandon for approval of a Preliminary Development Plan to construct a variety of residential product types at the intersection of Bonita Drive and Eaton Avenue, known as Parcels IDs: Q6542088000001. The property is a total of 1.02 acres. The project will need approval by the City Council for the Planned Development Map Amendment and Zone Change.
