The property is zoned B-3: General Business District. The variance requested is to allow for the property to be utilized for light industrial activity whereas the Development Code prohibits industrial uses within the B-3 district. Public Hearing on Variance Case No. #6-24: A request by applicant Fernando Mendoza-Ortiz for approval of an Area and Dimensional Variance for the property located at 1926 Circle Kelly Jo Street. The property is zoned R-4: Attached Residential District. The variance requested is to construct a home addition that projects into the rear yard setback.
