Public Hearing: Preliminary Development Plan: A request by applicant Phillip Brandon for approval of a Preliminary Development Plan to construct a variety of residential product types at the intersection of Bonita Drive and Eaton Avenue, known as Parcels IDs: Q6542088000001. The property is a total of 1.02 acres. The project will need approval by the City Council for the Planned Development Map Amendment and Zone Change. Public Hearing: Conditional Use: A request by Zach Ball, on behalf of TZ Containers, for Conditional Use approval to allow for outdoor storage at 2651 South Breiel Boulevard. The property is zoned B-3: General Business District where outdoor storage is considered a conditional use that requires review and approval by the City Planning Commission.
