LEGAL NOTICE City of Miamisburg Planning Commission 10 N. First Street Miamisburg, OH 45342 Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Miamisburg on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following ordinance: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT VARIOUS CHAPTERS OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMISBURG TO ALLOW FOR INCIDENTAL UPDATES TO BE MADE MORE EASILY TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING CODE, UPDATE BUFFERYARD AND SETBACK REQUIREMENTS, UPDATE CERTAIN PROVISIONS FOR ACCESSORY STRUCTURES AND FENCES, UPDATE LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS, UPDATE PARKING REQUIREMENTS, AND UPDATE SIGN STANDARDS. This ordinance amends several sections of the Planning and Zoning Code. These amendments are largely minor and include updates to the setback and bufferyard requirements, fence standards, accessory structure standards, landscaping and screening standards, sign standards, parking standards, and site design standards. NOTE: Due to the current situation with the COVID-19 Pandemic and pursuant to Ohio HB 197, this Planning Commission meeting will be held virtually and will be hosted on Zoom and streamed on public access cable (Channel 5) and on the Miami Valley Communications Council (MVCC) website.
