LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on the 3rd day of February, 2021, at approximately 10:00 a.m. via Zoom. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the petition of Hoppes Entities LLC for an amendment of the present zoning map for Moorefield Township being 0.89 acres south of 4937 Middle Urbane road, PID# 220-03-00021-103-013, from B-1 & R-2A to B-1 to clean up split zoning. The details for the public hearing will be posted on the county website, www.clarkcountyohio.gov. The Zoning Map for Moorefield Township and the present zoning regulations pertaining thereto may be examined at the Community & Economic Development Department, 3130 East Main Street, Suite 1A, Springfield, Ohio 45503, during regular business hours.
