LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on the 22nd day of May, 2024, at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, Room 151 located at the Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the petition of Nickerson Holding LLC (Stone Nickerson) to rezone 2 acres in Moorefield Township located at 2460 Mechanics-burg Road, from R-1 (Rural Residence) to B-4 (Heavy Business) for outdoor motor vehicle, boat, and camper storage, and/or future development. The Zoning Map for Moorefield Township and the present zoning regulations pertaining thereto may be examined at the Community & Economic Development Department, 3130 East Main Street, Suite 1A, Springfield, Ohio 45503, during regular business hours.
