LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on the 22nd day of May, 2024, at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, Room 151 located at the Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the petition of All Inclusive Warehouse Office LLC (Richard Deering) to rezone 4 acres in Bethel Township located at 6001 Lower Valley Pike, from B-3 (General Business) to B-4 (Heavy Business) for an office/warehouse and self-storage units. The Zoning Map for Bethel Township and the present zoning regulations pertaining thereto may be examined at the Community & Economic Development Department, 3130 East Main Street, Suite 1A, Springfield, Ohio 45503, during regular business hours.
