LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING The Warren County Commissioners will hold a public hearing in the Commissioners Meeting Room, 406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio, on April 23, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. to consider the Variance and Appeal of Conditions Required for an Access Permit filed by Longmeadow Development LLC, owner of record for access to Parcels #0825100004 located on Greentree Road in Turtlecreek Township This applicant desires to construct a subdivision entrance that does not meet the minimum spacing requirements as defined in Table 1 and Section 401.8 (Table 1) of the Warren County Access Management Regulations.
