NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FAIRFIELD TOWNSHIP, OHIO In accordance with Section 5709.73 (B) of the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Fairfield Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 7:00 PM local time at the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 6032 Morris Road, Fairfield Township, OH, 45011, to allow for public comment and recommendations on the creation of a Tax Increment Finance (TIF) District for certain parcels located in Fairfield Township.
