NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Homeowners & Business Owners of Union Village Phase 1 LIGHTING DISTRICT To lot and landowners and corporations affected by the proposed improvement by artificially lighting streets and public ways in The Meadows of Lebanon Lighting District, unincorporated of Turtlecreek Township: Notice is hereby given, that on July 30th, 2019 a petition praying that the board of township trustees of this township take all lawful and proper proceedings to light artificially the streets and public ways in an unincorporated district in this township, was filed in my office, and that on August 12th, 2019 I notified the board of trustees of the date of such filing and delivered to them a copy of the petition. Notice is further given that the petition specified the metes and bounds of the said district, but included no lands more than 660 feet from, nor any lands not abutting on, the streets and public ways of said district. Notice is further given, that a Public Hearing will be held by the board of trustees of this township on August 27th at 8:00 O'clock A.M. at 670 North State Route 123, Lebanon, Ohio, to hear any and all proof offered by any of the parties affected by such improvement and other persons competent to testify.
