NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Clark County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 29, 2019, beginning at 2 pm., in Conference Room 151, Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio to hear the following: Case #BZA-2019-29; Property Owners/Applicants Michael & Ricki Pepin, who are seeking a Variance to Chapter 2, Section 201 to reduce the side setback requirement from 25 ft. to 10 ft. to construct a 22 ft. by 26 ft. workshop building. The property in question is located at 1984 S. Tecumseh Rd. in Mad River Township. Case #BZA-2019-30; Property Owner/Applicant Jeffrey Burks, who is seeking a Variance to Chapter 2, Section 201 to reduce the lot frontage from 150 ft. to 130 ft. to allow for a lot split/attachment.
