NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on the 3rd day of April, 2024, at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, Room 151 located at the Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the petition of Melvin Ward to rezone 5 acres in Bethel Township located at 62 Quick Road, from I-1 (Light Industrial) to PD-M (Planned Development-Mixed Use) for continued use as an antique store, sandblasting and junkyard; and the future use of a tattoo shop, camper storage, and expanded sandblasting and/or storage facilities. The Zoning Map for Bethel Township and the present zoning regulations pertaining thereto may be examined at the Community & Economic Development Department, 3130 East Main Street, Suite 1A, Springfield, Ohio 45503, during regular business hours.
