NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Clark County Rural Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 9 am in Conference Room 151 at the Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45505, to consider the following: Rezoning Case #Z-2024-02, Property Owner/Applicant: All Inclusive Warehouse Office LLC, Agent: Richard Deering, to rezone 4 acres from B-3 (General Business) to B-4 (Heavy Business) for an office/warehouse and self-storage units. The subject property is located at 6001 Lower Valley Pike, in Bethel Township. Rezoning Case #Z-2024-03, Property Owner/Applicant: Nickerson Holding LLC, Agent: Stone Nickerson, to rezone 2 acres from R-1 (Rural Residence) to B-4 (Heavy Business) for outdoor motor vehicle, boat, and camper storage. The subject property is located at 2460 Mechanicsburg Rd., in Moorefield Township. After the conclusion of this hearing, these matters will be submitted to the Board of Clark County Commissioners for their action.
