NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the CEDA Regional Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 3 pm. in Conference Room 151 at the Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45505 to hear the following: Case # CSB-2024-02, Property Owner/Applicant, Forty Partners, LLC, who is seeking to replat the remainder of Lot 19021 of NextEdge Applied Research & Technology Park, Phase II. The replat separates the remainder of Lot 19021 into three (3) lots noted as 19XXX-A, 19-XXXB, and 19-XXXC. This replat is required to establish a 12,000 sq. ft. (0.275 acres) residential model lot on Lot #94 (19-XXXB) of the preliminary plat heard under Case # CSB-2024-01 on March 7, 2024 as part of the proposed Estates at Melody Parks. The subject property is located at PID # 305-07-00010-200-009 in the City of Springfield.
