Notice of Public Hearing the Council

Notice of Public Hearing The Council of the City of Monroe shall hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 6:30 pm to consider amending and supplementing various sections of the Planning and Zoning Code and amendments to the Official Zoning Map. The public may appear at the public hearing, be heard, and submit evidence and written comments related to the subject of the public hearing. A complete copy of the proposed amendments are available in the office of the Clerk of Council at 233 South Main Street, Monroe, Ohio or on our website at https://www.monroeohio. org/374/2023-Zoning-Code-Update. The public hearing shall be held in the City Council Chambers located at 233 South Main Street, Monroe, Ohio. Monroe will provide assistance to persons with disabilities, needing interpreters, other auxiliary aids and services in order to participate in this meeting. Any request for such assistance must be made no later than 72 hours in advance of the meeting by contacting the Clerk of Council at 513-539-7374 extension 1012. Written comments can also be presented prior to the public hearing at the address listed above or emailed to the Clerk of Council at wassona@monroeohio.org on or before 5:00 pm on April 8, 2024.
