NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 13. 2024 at 6:00 p.m. or thereafter, at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, Ohio 45011. The purpose of the hearing is to consider applications for appeals, variances, and/or conditional use approvals under Section 2.5, of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution described as follows: BZA24-001: Allie Shumaker is requesting a Variance under Section 4.12.5(5)(b) of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution for a fence to encroach into the 20' right of way setback on an arterial/collector street on a double frontage lot. The subject property is located at 4968 Eton Court, Parcel ID# D2020-331.000-051. The application may be examined in the Liberty Township Department of Planning & Zoning, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday or sending a request to kchaney@liberty-township.com.
