NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. or thereafter, at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, Ohio 45011. The purpose of the hearing is to consider applications for appeals, variances, and/or conditional use approvals under Section 2.5, of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution described as follows: BZA24-002: Daniel Lietz is requesting a Variance under Section 4.12.5(3)(a) and Table 4.12-B to allow an accessory structure to exceed the maximum 1,000 SF on a 1.476-acre lot. The subject property is located at 5098 Mauds Hughes Road, Parcel ID# D2020-068.000-008. BZA24-003 Oscar Mares Bajeca is requesting a Variance under Section 4.10.3(1) and Table 4.10-A of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution for a reduced side yard setback from 8' to 6.2' for a garage addition. The subject property is located at 5720 Horseshoe Bend Road, Parcel ID# D2020-041.000-018.
